Pool Workouts

Do you want to lose weight without breaking a sweat?  Hop in the pool!
Here are several water workouts that will help you stay fit and cool.
                                                   Wave Maker
  • Place both hands against the pool wall with one hand facing downward and the other facing upward. 
  • Extend legs behind you and parallel to the pool floor. 
  • Keep legs together and kick like a dolphin. 
  • Kick as fast as you can for 30 seconds.  Try to make the biggest waves. 
Tip
If you can't make waves for a full 30 seconds, don't stop!  Separate your legs and do flutter kicks.
                                       Kick it!
