Benefits of Water Exercises

Physical activity is essential to a healthy lifestyle; but if you hate the idea of jumping around a room full of people in tight gym clothes, exercising in water is a great alternative. 
Aquatic exercises provide a more gentle way to exercise and allow us to exercise longer with less risk of getting overheated or tired.  A massaging effect is created when our muscles are surrounded by water.  Water-based exercises help you burn tons of calories.  Moreover, water helps improve strength, flexibility, balance, and relaxation.  Also, in addition to providing a good exercise, exercising in water is a great way to have fun.
You can start water workouts by simply walking, jogging, or running in water.  You can exercise in a swimming pool or in the ocean.

  2. You are right on the aquatic excerises! Water excersises can be fun and the loss of weight is very encourging because you don't realize how much you can lose so quickly.
